Before pirates and Neverland, a mischievous infant slips from his London nursery and glides to Kensington Gardens, where birds and fairies rule by moonlight. Learning their secret customs and perilous games, he befriends a lost little girl and tests the fragile bridge between play and home. A wistful, magical origin tale about freedom, belonging, and the moment childhood begins to take flight.
