This is the true story of the time between a first and second date, in this case, a time that covered two years and the ages of 16 to 18. It's a true story, as accurate as my memory will allow, with a little leeway taken to keep the story flowing better. Names have been changed to allow for anonymity. Everything else is based off my experiences growing up in Utah in the mid-90's.
